New Season, new goals!

Consistency. Balance. Results.

Spring is coming and we’re going ALL IN with better habits in prep for summer. For three weeks you’ll be challenged to not only stay consistent but balance your workouts and diet! Get ready to show up, put in the work, and reap the reward!

CONSISTENCY:

  • Workout 6 days a week for 3 weeks from 3/18-4/7.

  • You may workout 7 days a week by taking an optional Pilates class on your “rest day”.

  • Check-in daily on a private Facebook group!

BALANCE:

  • Plan a well rounded workout routine! Each week take 4 Barre classes (Barre45, Tempo, or BR; at least one must be a full 60 minute BR class), 1 Cardio class (Strong or PiYo), 1 Off the Barre class. You will track your weekly classes in-studio.

  • Eat a wholesome diet! If you truly want to see and feel the benefits of your hard work, EAT CLEAN AND TRAIN MEAN!

RESULTS:

  • Complete all 3 weeks of the challenge and enjoy a new found level of strength and wellness!
